Accessability - There are a few steps down to the pool and a gentle slope with steps up from the car parking to the front door. The main bedrooms are on the first floor. No wheelchair access.

Kitchen	Gas hob cooker, separate electric oven, American style Samsung frideg freezer, cafe table and seating for 3, microwave, toaster, washing machine (drier in garage), internet access.
Living room	Open style lounge in light colours with modern sofa,large coffee table, flat screen TV with satelite channels (BBC 1, 2, ITV 4, 5 etc) and DVD. Log burning fireplace. Patio doors to terrace. Dining room with extendable table, easily seats 6, 8 possible.
Cleaning / towels/ linen/ maid.	All bed and table linen and towels provided, changed weekly. House and pool cleaned weekly.
